Hard to believe, but June is finally here, and that means it's time for what is easily the biggest adventure of our lives. Sarah and Beth have been to South Africa before, but none of us has ever tasted World Cup madness. We're not sure what we'll encounter, but we're pretty sure our trip(s) will live up to the title - African Adventure 2010.
Jen and I depart Friday night and arrive in London Saturday mid-morning. We have about 7 hours, so our plan is hit some highlights, including Laduree in Harrods. Then we'll hop on another plane and arrive in Johannesburg at about 8am Sunday morning. After a nice drive through the mountains, we'll arrive at our first stop - Durban.
We hope to post fairly frequently as internet access should be readily available at all our stops (except the national parks). Speaking of national parks, this still is from one of the SanParks webcams this weekend - can. not. wait...
